GMA-7 Annual New Year's Eve Countdown at Seaside Boulevard (the street between MOA and San Miguel By The Bay). the title of the countdown is "Prosperity in 2010".

my nephew was so fascinating but covering his ears :)

we had a blast at MOA with my niece and nephew.

i like this holiday, because this have big fun :)

people spent this time with friends on disco, ball, at home, etc
