Singapore
Singapore, so called true Asia. the first ever country i went abroad in my life. t'was summer and my birthday in 2005 and been there many times. t'was the most amazing place. it was so clean and green and i am amazed! although very small, everyone cared about their country. there was no litter in the streets at all.
i once left my wallet and cellphone in the famous restaurant at SG. i assumed that the wallet, cellphone and everything it contained would be stolen. but when i got back on the place where i sat, my wallet was still there. if my wallet and cellphone was gone for sure mum will scolded me. true story! but thanks god no one's touched my personal things. Singaporeans are a cynical bunch, and with good reason. but there is a core of warmth and humanity in the city that is as fine as any town, anywhere.
Malaysia
from Singapore had to fly to Kuala Lumpur Malaysia for three days holiday. t'was my first time ever. from the airport took cab to the Le Meredien hotel. i once left my two way plane ticket in the back seat of a Malaysian cab and never saw it again. apparently, the cab i was in was privately owned so i had no way to track the cab since i didn’t know the cab number. as soon i realized it (right after i got into the Le Meredien hotel) as i went outside to see whether the cab was still there but so sadly the cab i think already far away. so i reported to the hotel lobby and tried to call the ticketing office. lucky i only left my two way plane ticket or else i dunno what to do. and lucky the ticketing office said they would just gave me new plane ticket. thanks god!
there are three racers in Malaysia. Indian, they are very smart, lazy and dirty. i even met a cab driver can talk about the mathematic with me. Indian are famous of their bad smell. and i did feel they are very lazy. Malay, they are very clean, honest and slow. Chinese, they are very hardworking, smart and bad. i still remember my experiences for taking cab. if the driver is a Chinese; he normally will ask more than the meter.
although it was not Singapore and never will be, it was still a lot more presentable than SG .

i had no any idea of Kuala Lumpur, which i knew before i went there is the famous Twin Tower and hot weather. then next morning, i woke up and open the window frame. i found that the Twin Tower is just there about 200 meters away. the Twin Tower was really high.

i forgot the name of this food but this food is a Lebanese food. i only like the way they organized but i really don't like the tastes. it's a very bad tastes ewww... but at least i've tried this one.
Hong Kong
i visited Hong Kong in mid/late June of 2007 and of 2009. i have my sis-in-law, Mai and her sister Glenda who had been working there for quite sometime. the first time i was at the Hong Kong International Airport, i gaped in awe looking at the architecture of the airport, it feels like home!?! i was really excited as it was one of the places i’ve been wanting to go to. stayed closed to Discovery Bay where my sis-in-law place. i went on my own exploring around the city sometimes alone because my sis-in-law was busy so at first i was quite confused bout where to head but thanks god i have the map with me. it was pleasant :) lots of high rise buildings, chinese food, lots of people. so cool.
Victoria Harbour
continuing the walk, taking a bus to Victoria Peak – the highest point in HK and the view… breathtaking. (be there at night! check the madamme tussaud, lol)
skyscrapers stabbing the sky, with Victoria Peak rising in the distance. ferries and traditional junks bobbing in the harbour.
this place is really a place for shopping…and the lights is extraordinary amazing… here in Victoria harbor where you can enjoy the lights dancing every nights at 8pm then get amazed….
Hong Kong Harbour/ City Scape
Lantau Island
we (me and my sis-in-law) visited Lamma / Lantau Island to see the Big Buddha, there is something to interest most people here, it’s great to sample the more spiritual side of the culture, the mountain hikes which give some spectacular views, the shopping – both for clothes and electrical items.
Disneyland Park
Disneyland was okay but didn’t meet my expectations. i guess i over expected. i felt that the rides were more for kids. but the fireworks show right before closing time was AMAZING! but the scenery of the cities also worth to enjoy. the traffic management is great.. cheap and decent bus to take you all over the city. try the train also! and on my second visit there (just had to go back!) Hong Kong is expensive if you are on budget.. but shopping for branded items is cheaper than at home. the train always crowded. love the promanade at Tsim Sha Tsui.
Ocean Park
more shopping and loved the Panda bears!
